What is Ark preserve
Ark preserve bag is a high-barrier super hermetic bag made of multi layered polymers. It is designed to properly store and extend the preservation period for agricultural products. It helps to maintain the humidity level of the stored products as the plastic is completely sealed, which isolates the crops from potential risk of oxidizing.

Ark preserve is a result of many studies on the storing process with the most practical and economical beneficial implementation. Our mission is to reduce pesticide usage and increase food preserving rate for next generations.
Benefit
The traditional storing methods often involve pesticides and fumigants to eliminate pests and insects. On the more extensive scale, some might use high cost equipments such as constant temperature refrigerator to store crops. This makes Ark preserve bag an ideal storing solution for organic products as well as many different crops that require humidity and oxidizing control.
How Does It Work
The idea was to isolate the oxidizing agents from the crops, mainly the air and the moisture. The preserve bag has to be super hermetic rather than single layer plastic bag. In order to achieve the requirement, Ark preserve is constructed with reinforced multilayered plastic. Each plastic polymer layer was managed to align in different directions to reduce any possible air ingress.

Instruction

2. Loading beans
3. Pushing out the air
4. Twist the bag end
&
apply first cable tie
5. Fold the bag end
&
apply second cable tie
6. Seal the outter jute
